Climatic Conditions
HADESIS brandy is a treasure from the Cognac region of France. Having a mild and humid climate coupled with limestone and clay soil, the land produces unique grape varieties. Through a meticulous distillation process, rich and aromatic brandy is made, akin to a beautiful poem that captivates your heart.
Distillation
The distillation process of brandy is like a magical transformation. The fermented grape juice is heated in ancient copper stills, turning it into vapor, which then turns back into liquid through condensation.
This magical process is called “double distillation”, which helps remove impurities and refine the essence. Each distillation is akin to a choreographed dance, in which the souls of the grapes are infused into the brandy, producing great aromas and unique flavors, allowing us to savor the charm of HADESIS.
Vintage Cognac
HADESIS is a journey of wisdom, exuding distinctive charms along the way. Usually, it takes between 2 and 50 years for cognac to age, with each year giving it a unique characteristic and flavor. X.O that is aged for over 10 years has a mature and rich flavor, while V.S.O.P that is aged for 4 years or more has a smooth and balanced flavor.
However, vintage brandy that is aged for over 50 years is even more rare, as it carries the wisdom and depth of time, making it truly captivating. Regardless of its age, HADESIS is the witness of time. Tasting it is just like savoring the past.
Blending
Making HADESIS has been an art, just like a poet choosing the right words. The master distillers have created unique tastes and flavors by blending brandies of different age.
Based on the style and objective of the brand, various cognacs with distinctive characteristics such as young fruity aromas, mature and complex, or barrel-aged flavors, were carefully selected. These cognacs were blended in different proportions. After a number of adjustments and tastings, the one and only HADESIS, was finally produced, captivating cognac lovers with its richness and exquisite composition.
