Here, you may stroll through the estate’s own vineyards, where old vines reflect the character of the local terroir. You will enter the historic Distillerie du Planty and witness traditional copper Charentais stills producing eaux-de-vie through the classic double-pot still method. You will also have the opportunity to explore the private cellars and admire the aged French oak casks.

During the guided tour, you will hear the story of the CHOLLET family from 1952 to the present day, and learn how the current proprietor, Christophe, has used his craftsmanship to create “Silky Aromatic Cognac” — transforming traditional spirits into a silky, layered, and rounded expression. You will gain a complete understanding of the essence behind every stage of the process.
